Real Estate:
The bread and butter of SLRA, Phase 1 Environmental Assessments. If you are buying, selling, or refinancing, a clean Phase 1 is almost always required by your lender. We work on all sites, from arenas to gas stations, warehouses to strip malls. With a quick turnaround of less than 10 working days and a price below the competition, SLRA has delivered thousands of reliable reports over 35 years.
SLRA does not conduct Phase II Environmental Assessments. We consider this a conflict of interest with our 30+ years of experience producing Phase I EAs. We are not incentivized to find problems with your property. Instead, we provide you with an honest, down-to-earth environmental assessment.
Wetlands:
Every wetland is different and all are protected. SLRA helps you understand the boundaries of your wetland by flagging, GPSing, and working with your local Water Management District to help you stay compliant with Federal/State guidelines. Whether you want to build a structure or mitigate a wetland, SLRA can help with speed and insight.
Threatened & Endangered Species:
Want to build on a vacant lot? Most lenders require a clean T&E or "Bugs and Bunnies" report. SLRA has experience identifying threatened and endangered species in all environments. With thousands of hours extracting and relocating Gopher tortoises, or taking Scrub-jay habitat, SLRA can help with your project, from surveys through permitting to a quick and cost effective completion.
Regarding State and Federal Permits: All reports are state and federally compliant.
Pricing: Prices vary based on location and size of project, depth of report needed, and permit costs. Call or email for a same-day quote!
Location: With Central Florida as a home base, SLRA has worked throughout the United States of America, in over 20 states. We are familiar with various state requirements and work all across Florida and the broader USA.
